Privacy notice

This website belongs to M. R. Adithya:

For anything about your personal data, write to todaysquarefeet@gmail.com or call +91 88048 48489.

Only what you choose to give us:

• Enquiry forms: your name, phone number, the area and plot size you are looking for, your budget if you choose one, and anything you write in the message box.
• WhatsApp and calls: your phone number and what you tell us. WhatsApp messages opened from this site are prefilled with a short greeting that names what you asked about, such as open plots or villas. You can change the text before you send it.
• Which page you came from: the page you sent the enquiry on, the button you used, and the website or advert that brought you here, if any.

We do not ask for, and do not want, documents such as Aadhaar or PAN through this website.

To call or message you back, arrange a site visit, and handle your booking and registration if you buy. We use the “which page” details to understand which parts of this website help people find us. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone else to market to you.

An enquiry sent through a form on this website opens WhatsApp with your details filled in; nothing is sent until you press send there. WhatsApp messages and calls reach us through those services themselves.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare and WhatsApp handle data under their own privacy terms.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages and buttons lead to enquiries. It places cookies in your browser so that one visit can be told from another, and it records things such as the page you came from, your type of device and your approximate city. It is never sent your name, your phone number or anything you type into a form.

This website carries no advertising tags. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the website still works.

If you do not go ahead with us, we delete your enquiry within 24 months. If you do, we keep your details for as long as the work, its warranty and the law (for example tax records) need them.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time. Email todaysquarefeet@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
