How do I know a layout is approved?
The approval number is printed on the layout plan, and the approving authority, HMDA or DTCP, lists approved layouts publicly. We give you the number and the approved plan before you book, so you can check both yourself or through your lawyer.
Which plot facing is best?
East and north facing plots are the most asked for, and corner plots get two roads and more light. The right one depends on how you plan the house; we walk the options with you on site and mark what each plot faces.
Can I start building right after registration?
Yes, once the plot is registered in your name you can apply for building permission from the local authority. Roads, drains and power reach every plot in a developed layout, so the site is ready when your permission is.
Is there a maintenance charge?
Gated layouts usually have a maintenance arrangement for common areas such as the park, roads and street lights. What applies to each layout, and from when, is written into the booking papers, so there are no surprises later.
