What is a managed farm land?
A farm plot that is planted, fenced and looked after for you. Trees, water lines and a caretaker are part of the farm, so the land stays productive and tidy even when you visit only at weekends.
Can I visit my farm any time?
Yes. It is your land, registered in your name. Most owners come on weekends and holidays; let the caretaker know before you arrive and the gate, water and paths are ready for you.
Who owns the trees and the produce?
The trees on your plot are yours, and so is what they grow. How the harvest is picked and sold, if you want help with it, is agreed in writing at booking.
